The 3rd Annual Grand Finale Awards Gala will also feature HERO Award recipient Nikolai Alexeyev, the organizer of the Moscow Pride march that was attacked in 2006 and again in 2007 as the Moscow police watched.

Judges include DIVA's Executive Director Nelson Melegrito along with actor Charlie David (Dante's Cove) and GayWired's Fabrice Tasendo.
